We provide a 12-month warranty on all Sturmanskie watches, effective from the date of purchase.

All the delivered watches are original, with enclosed manuals in Russian and English and company warranty cards.

The warranty is valid only with a correctly and clearly filled-in warranty card indicating the model, serial number (if any), date of sale, warranty period, and a clear stamp of the seller. The model and serial number of the product must correspond to those on the warranty card.

Warranty events
  • The warranty covers product defects caused by the manufacturer;
  • We undertake to eliminate, free of charge, any product defects that we are responsible for within 12 months from the date of purchase of the watch.
  • For warranty repair, your watch should be sent by mail to our service location at 109147, Moscow, Marksistskaya St 34, building 8 to determine a warranty claim.
  • If the service center recognizes the incident as a warranty case, the return shipment of your watch to Moscow and back will be free of charge for you.
Events not covered by the warranty
  • Battery life;
  • Regular wear and tear such as scratches on the glass, discoloration or changes in the texture of the strap material and non-metallic parts;
  • Peeling of the decorative coating;
  • Damage to any watch parts caused by improper use, insufficient care, or negligence;
  • Accidents such as bumps, dents, broken glass, misuse or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions;
  • Any consequential damage or damage resulting from use, malfunction, defects or inaccuracy of the watch;
  • Sturmanskie watches that have been manipulated by unauthorised persons, including battery replacement, maintenance or repair, or that have had their original properties changed without the involvement of the manufacturer.
Who determines the warranty event
  • A warranty event is determined by an expert at one of our maintenance centres.
  • The service centre accepts a defective watch and conducts a technical quality check over a period of 20 days to determine whether it is a factory defect or the client’s fault (warranty or non-warranty event).
  • If the case is deemed a warranty event, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or a full refund will be provided.
